The Water Garden by ~junkyart - It was way back in 2005 when this piece of Isometric PixelArt was added and what a delightful summery feel it has to it with such a lush choice of colours. There are some lovely fine details of texture and dithering and a very impressive depth of feel. I am surprised it has not been featured until now....just press on the work for the full view. I have to commend you for your great use of green colors here. For me, I've always had trouble, you know, matching the right shades of green so that everything wouldn't look like a pixel mess, heh. Anyway -- sweet, sweet work right here. I'm going to be honest w/ you though .. I would have much preferred viewing this if it has a transparent BG vs. a regular white one.

Well.. regarding the white background, my intention was to give the whole image a sunny feeling. First I tried with the bg colour of DA to check whether it'll go with the scene. Unfortunately the mood of the image has changed to an evening atmosphere but I admit that changing it to transparency will bring the light shades more prominent.

:confused: how come it looks white? i've put the color value--> FBFFEF which is slightly yellowish.

Whoops -- right .. it's a bit yellowish. I think my eyes just chose to see just white. Fait enough on your explanation. Makes sense if you were going for a sunny feel.
